Shipping

Free domestic shipping for orders over $45 within the US. For orders under $45, we charge a $6 flat rate shipping fee. We currently only ship within the US, sorry international friends!

We ship via USPS first class and priority mail with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. To return your candles, send an email to trail575candles@gmail.com
